MEMBER for Gosford, Liesl Tesch is encouraging community members to stop and reflect this ANZAC Day, recognising the sacrifices of our servicemen and women who served in the name of our country.
WITH a range of services across the Central Coast, Ms Tesch encourages the community to attend an ANZAC service,
“Across the Central Coast, we have a variety of services, which allow our community to take time to reflect on the ultimate sacrifice that our servicemen and women make for our country, putting their lives on the line for our great nation.
“Whether you attend a dawn service as the sun rises along the picturesque Pearl Beach, at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial along the sparkling Ettalong Waterfront or alongside the historic Gosford Cenotaph, there are so many services to take a moment to reflect and show your thanks.
“If you are unable to make it to a service, I still encourage you to take a moment to reflect on the mateship and courage of our servicemen and women, remembering their selfless dedication to our nation.
In commemoration of ANZAC Day, Central Coast Council is supporting the events being held at a number of locations across tomorrow - Thursday 25 April.
