Community land draft
management plan update
Central Coast Council has placed an update to the Plan of Management for Council Community Land on public exhibition for community feedback and will be running public hearings in November.

THREE public hearings are scheduled to give the public an opportunity to discuss community land parcels included in the proposed update.
- Wyong – Thursday 14 November (6pm – 7:30pm), Wyong Golf Club, 319 Pacific Hwy, Wyong
- Wamberal – Monday 18 November (6pm – 7:30pm), Breakers Country Club, 64 Dover Rd, Wamberal
- Gosford – Thursday 21 November (6pm – 7:30pm), Gosford Golf Club, 22 Racecourse Rd, Gosford
The first area-wide Plan of Management for Council Community Land was developed in consultation with the Central Coast community in 2023. The proposed Plan of Management Update will focus on amending the Land Schedule and the maps which show how land is categorised. The update includes newly acquired or identified land, re-classified land lots, as well as changes to the categorisation of some lots already included in the existing plan.
The Draft Plan of Management for Council Community Land Update is on public exhibition until 25 November 2024.
