launches campaign
Central Coast Labor Team launched their Campaign today with a full complement of three candidates nominating in each of the five wards.

LABOR has outlined their priorities priorities for the upcoming council elections as:
West Gosford Ward is led by former Senator and MP, Belinda Neal who will apply her extensive experience to ensure the "financial sustainability of the council so ratepayers aren’t left paying the bill."
"The community is entitled to expect that the council is well run and is not accumulating debt they have to pay for. We will ensure the administration is accountable," she said.
"We are also all feel strongly about protecting our unique coastal environment and extending our coastal open space system."
Kyle MacGregor will be leading the Wyong Ward. He has learnt much from his term as a Councillor and a teacher. He has a particular interest in supporting families and childcare.
Budgewoi is led by former nurse, Helen Crowley who wants to prioritising listening to the residents of the central and core services like roads and footpaths are done well.
East Gosford Team leader, Sharon Walsh is deeply engaged in the community and believes listening and building trust is at the core.
Margo Castles is a true Local as the first candidate for The Entrance Ward. She will work to ensure the local infrastructure keeps pace with Development so locals don’t suffer.
All candidates are excited to be returning democracy to the coast and will be putting the needs of residents first.
