partnership projects
State electorates across the Central Coast have each secured $300,000 in funding for various projects through the NSW Government’s 2023 Community Building Partnership (CBP) Program.

THE State Government funds will deliver much-needed improvements to local facilities including a shade cover for Bateau Bay Public School, the upgrade of the Club House Kitchen at Ourimbah Tennis Club and an auditorium renovation for the Long Jetty Over 50’s for Leisure and Learning Inc.
The CBP program has funded more than 19,700 community projects since it commenced in 2009.
The full list of successful projects in The Entrance electorate for the 2023 round are:
Member for The Entrance, David Mehan MP said, “This funding will allow for local organisations to implement projects that address our community’s needs, enhance public spaces and provide for better social, environmental, and recreational outcomes.
“I congratulate all the organisations that were successful in their application and look forward to seeing how these projects make a real difference for our community."
The electorate of Swansea secured $300,000 in funding for a total of 11 projects through the NSW Government’s 2023 Community Building Partnership Program.
The full list of successful projects in the Hunter electorate for the 2023 round are:
Member for Swansea, Yasmin Catley said, “The State Government funds will deliver much-needed improvements to local facilities including upgrades to local Rural Fire Brigade facilities and surf clubs.
“This grassroots funding will help create a more vibrant and inclusive local community with positive social, environmental, and recreational outcomes.
“I congratulate all the organisations that were successful in their application and look forward to seeing how these projects make a difference to community groups in the area.”
The electorate of Wyong received $300,000 in funding for a total of 10 projects.
David Harris Member for Wyong said, “The State Government funds will deliver much-needed improvements to local facilities including lighting and kitchen upgrades, refurbishment of decking, new exercise equipment, club infrastructure and a vehicle to assist volunteers.
“This is fantastic news for Wyong electorate.
“This grassroots funding will directly help create a more vibrant and inclusive local community with positive social, environmental and recreational outcomes.”
