The annual Halekulani Community Library Book Fair and Fete is on again - come along and join in for a great day.

THE highly anticipated annual book fair and fete at the Halekulani Community Library is back! Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 12, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm at Halekulani Hall, Noela Place, Budgewoi.

This event is the largest annual fundraiser for the Halekulani Community Library, and is a 100% volunteer-run organization dedicated to fostering a love for reading and lifelong learning.

Whether you're a passionate book lover or simply looking for a fun day out, there will be 'thousands of pre-loved books' to explore! Browse a vast collection that includes novels from every genre, as well as books on Australiana, biographies, children’s literature, fantasy, general fiction, mystery, romance, sci-fi, sports, true crime, war chronicles, and westerns. For those with a specific interest, we also offer reference books on cars, cooking, crafts, gardening, wellbeing, and more.

This year, the organisers are excited to offer three fabulous raffle prizes:

Pamper Pack: Relax and unwind with luxurious treats.

Homewares Pack: Spruce up your space with essential home items.

Gourmet Food Hamper: Indulge in a selection of delicious treats.

Raffle tickets are priced at just $2 each or 3 for $5—a great chance to win something special while supporting the library.

But that's not all! Alongside the books, they'll have a delightful selection of locally homemade cakes, potted plants and cuttings, DVDs, puzzles, and handcrafted items available for purchase.

New members are encouraged to sign up for the Halekulani Community Library on the day—it's a wonderful opportunity to connect with fellow book enthusiasts and become a part of a vibrant community.
