FACILITATED by the Federal Member for Robertson, in partnership with the State Member for Gosford, the Robertson Cost-of-Living Forum will bring together key government departments and agencies including Services Australia, Service NSW, and Central Coast Council, to discuss available support.

Member for Robertson, Dr Gordon Reid said“The Federal and State Governments’ top priority is helping assist Australians with the cost of living, especially here on the Central Coast.

“The Robertson Cost-of-Living Forum will be an opportunity for people to get information on what assistance they may be eligible for.

“Both Federal, State, and Local Governments have a range of assistance available, including energy bill relief, water bill relief, internet relief, plus more.

“There is more work to do, and both the Federal and State Governments are working hard to deliver additional support.

“I would encourage those interested to visit my website to register their attendance."

State Member for Gosford, Liesl Tesch said “The Australian and NSW Governments’ number on priority is helping people across our community with cost-of-living pressures.

“We know that cost-of-living is the number one issue that our community is facing, and we are committed to providing relief, including energy bill relief, increasing the supply of affordable homes, toll relief and early childhood education rebates.

“We know that there is so much more to do, however we are not wasting a second delivering to improve the quality of life for you and your family.

“Thank you to Dr Reid, for facilitating this important forum. I encourage everyone to come along and get information on what assistance is available across all levels of government.”

The Robertson Cost-of-Living Forum will take place on Tuesday April 16, 2024, at Narara Community Centre, located at 2 Pandala Road, Narara.

The forum will run from 10:30am until 12pm.

RSVP is essential.
