Pacific Link Housing to receive funding

Pacific Link Housing is set to receive $100,000 towards a CCTV Upgrade at a large social housing estate under their management, thanks to the NSW Government as part of the $37.2 million Local Small Commitments Allocation Program.

THE Local Small Commitments Allocation Program will enhance local communities and provide $400,000 in benefits to people in each of the 93 NSW electorates. This funding will provide direct support to small community projects across NSW, funding over 600 projects across capital works projects, services and programs, events, playgrounds and upgrades.

 

Member for Gosford, Liesl Tesch said “This is a fantastic outcome for Pacific Link Housing and the people of Gosford”.

 

“As a Community Housing Provider, Pacific Link Housing provides a vital service to residents across the Central Coast, ensuring that community members have a safe place to call home, empowering Coasties to pursue their dreams.

 

“This funding will provide critical safety upgrades to social housing properties, enhancing the security for over 100 social housing dwellings.”

 

The $100,000 funding has been delivered as part of the Local Small Commitments Allocation program will enable the critical upgrade of CCTV technology, ensuring safety and security for approximately 100 social housing dwellings in North Gosford.

 

Through this upgrade the NSW Government will ensure the North Gosford dwellings remain a liveable, safe and secure place for all.
