THE free comedy show tickets for seniors are available as part of the 2024 Seniors Festival, an event that runs across New South Wales from 11-24 March.

Member for Gosford, Liesl Tesch says the free comedy show tickets were set to bring smiles to seniors’ faces.

“Popping along to a comedy that’s free is not only a terrific excuse for a day out; it’s a whole lot of fun as well," said Ms Tesch.

“Many of comedy’s big names are sure to provide an afternoon of laughs – from emcee Jean Kittson to comedians He Huang, Tommy Dean, Bruce Griffiths, Sarah Gaul, Peter Berner, Cam Knight and Chris Ryan.

“Our seniors have made – and continue to make – incredible contributions to our community and this is one of our government’s way of saying thanks. I encourage seniors to get their free tickets and get along the free show which runs from 11:00-12:30pm at Sydney Town Hall, in Centennial Hall, on Tuesday 19 March."

“These comedy shows are a great opportunity for seniors to see the comedians they know and love, or maybe discover a new act they haven’t seen before,” Ms Tesch said.

The climax of the Festival are the Premier’s Gala Concerts, which will be held at Sydney’s International Convention Centre on Wednesday 13 and Thursday 14 March. Gala concert tickets are available here.
