THE Stronger Communities Programme provides grant funding of up to $20,000 for eligible projects that strengthen local organisations and improve community infrastructure. This helps groups continue to deliver for the people they serve.

 

Across the Central Coast, community organisations, sporting clubs, volunteer groups, and local associations play an important role in keeping people connected and building stronger communities.

 

Round 10 provides an opportunity to support practical, locally driven projects – from new equipment and facility improvements to infrastructure that helps organisations expand what they can provide to the community.

 

Dr. Reid is encouraging eligible organisations across the Robertson electorate with a project in mind to put their ideas forward for consideration.

 

Dr. Gordon Reid MP, Federal Member for Robertson said, “Strong communities are built from the ground up – by the people who volunteer their time, run our local organisations, and look after the people around them.

 

"These organisations are part of the social infrastructure of the Central Coast. When we invest in them, we invest directly in the strength and resilience of our community.

 

"Grants of up to $20,000 can make a very real difference – helping a local organisations purchase equipment, improve a facility, or deliver a project that might otherwise remain out of reach.

 

"I want to see strong local projects coming forward from right across Robertson, and I encourage eligible organisations to contact my office and submit an expression of interest.”

 

Round 10 of the Stronger Communities Program opened on 21 September 2026. Grants of between $2,500 and $20,000 are available. Applications will close on 30 October 2026.
